Family Recovery

KNRB & Associates have extensive experience working with clients and their families  mental dealing with various mental health issues.  Coaching and case management is not just for those clients with substance use disorders.

Mental Health Case Management and Coaching  includes the following:

 

• Comprehensive initial assessment and development of a care plan. 

• 1:1 meetings weekly face to face or via telehealth.  

• Coordination of services for the individual and family members.  This may include finding a residential treatment program, therapist, psychiatrist, and other needed resources. 

• Check-ins and monitoring to support wellness.   

• Family and support person meetings.

• Other services based upon initial assessment.
