Family Recovery

KNRB includes a team of multi-disciplinary professionals with years of experience treating individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health issues including trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, add/adhd, life transitions, and grief/loss.  We also specialize in problem gambling, sex/love/relationship, and internet addiction.

Our therapists have different specialties so we start with an intake to ensure we match each individual and family to the best clinician.    Relationship is key and having a solid relationship with your therapist is essential.

We meet each individual where they are and take a many pathways to recovery approach.  There is no one size fits all approach to therapy and if we are not the right fit, we will help to find resources.

Currently we accept the following insurances in-network:  BCBS, Medicare, and Optum and can work with most others out of network.  We also offer an affordable self-pay rate and some sliding scale slots.
